there's not a sponsor blacklist because it's too hard to prove and the threat of legal action is too high. I had something like that going several years ago and sponsors were only posted if there was hardcore proof and the proof was also posted. But, the sponsors have deeper pockets that most of the individual webmasters so they could have filed lawsuits for defamation much easier and forced the company posting the information into bankruptcy.Comment

As far as a sponsor going through discovery when filing a suit I completely agree with you but like I said the threat alone scares enough people off. PIB is bringing the site back online. Prolly with some security now. I used to send them traffic, but pulled way back when the numbers on conversions weren't there. So if they were shaving, it turned out to be self defeating.
