he was probably like some of the idiots on imdb.com who didn't get it...all they saw was a Se7en knockoff....I swear most of things poeple bitched about and called plot holes were explained, but weren't printed on the screen for those too moronic to pay attention....
I used to wonder why movies would spell out every little detail and not leave anything for us to think about....now I know why...some people just need everything spelled out for them...
anyone who didn't like it, should watch it again and catch some of the things they assumed were mistakes and/or plotholes...
the one thing I did agree with on some of the knocks against this movie was the performance of Cary Elwes...sometimes his accent would slip through and it would be distracting...Comment

They couldn't get the movie made down under, so they pitched it to the studios overseas ... very unusual for that to happen.

the "dead guy" on the floor was Jigsaw and was also the cancer patient in the hospital. It was Zepp's task to kidnap the family of a man for ransom and that man happened to be Dr. Gordon and Adam. So, basically everything in the bathroom was a result of Zepp's task.
Some people couldn't figture out how Jigsaw could lay there so still, but they most likely missed when he was talking to the guy with the drill bits aimed at his head and his comments about the length of time the tranquilizers lasted (remember the man that Amanda had to dig into the stomach of woke up a little early)
Basically John/Jigsaw was pissed that he was dying of cancer and all of these people around him weren't taking their lives seriously, so he made them see the light in sick and twisted ways.
I could go more into detail, but that's pretty much the gist of itComment
