                                                          Time to jump ship maybe? This is why I learned how to do all that linux server admin stuff myself, and I rent unmanaged servers. I was tired of waiting for people to add domains and shit for me. I've always been a do-it-yourselfer though.

                                                          My sites dont go down now unless the network does pretty much... and its a lot easier to find a host with a good netwoork then one with good support that doesn't bend you over.
