wtf is a .bin file? Help!

I downloaded and after decompressing a lot of crap I ended up with a 750mb bin file?
My Goal was to have a working ISO back up of Windows XP pro.

its a image file, you can extract is with some types of cd burning software

get deamon tools
or d-tools free program to set up a virtual drive on your machine that will play that file just like it was a cd in your drive.. you can install the game watch the movie do whatever with it...

Are you using a old version? Try acohol 120%, its good for that sort of shit.

I opend it as an ISO/Image and it said
The entered block size dosn't coraspond ignore/correct

the .cue file is what burning software needs to load and burn the .bin files.
just select the .cue file with nero..

That worked fast but only if it could burn the file
I think I need a new version of Nero I am using 5.9.9.0

you need to burn the iso as an image, dont try to do anything to the file itself

iso file.. or u can use a bin extractor to save urself having to burn the cd
