yep, make sure all fans are going and that you are getting power to the motherboard. I would pull all cards except the video card and see what happens. Pretty much just plug the hard drive, ram, cpu, and video card into the board and see if you get anything like beeps or anything on the screen. If you get something, then 1 by 1 start plugging other pieces back in.
