in the mid 80's i was the general sales manager of a large import car dealership.

and we were the number volume dealer in zone, and i had a sales crew of about 15 people.

and the guys were making big sugar, unmarried guys in their early 30's, making more money than they'd ever made in their lives.

well, i invested my money in san francisco real estate.

and these guys "invested" in the pleasures of cocaine.

fast forward to present.

2 of those 5 guys are dead, one now is selling mufflers and brakes at Midas, one is in jail, and i lost track of the other guy.

in the 80's coke was kewl.

maybe things have changed, maybe not.
