Phat Server Customers

Looking for feedback on performance and service. We're considering a switch.

I've known Moose for a long time, and he's a great guy, but business is business. I'd like to hear some feedback from people who actually have servers (using lots of bandwidth) on the network.

I have my personal sites there. They have given me the best customer service I've ever had with a host. They respond fast at all times of the day. I am sure about 20 more people will post here, seems I am not the only person happy with them :-)

We've got a dedicated with Phatservers and according to my monitoring software, it hasn't been down at all and the access times are more then acceptable.

The tech support is fast, efficent and well, did I say fast? I'm the last person to recommend a host usually, but Phatservers is pretty decent for the buck.

Have 2 boxes there and adding another in 2 weeks. I swear those guys are on it 24/7. No problems at all and a pleasure to deal with.

im in the middle of being setup and what i can say from my experince so far that they have been very helpful and pointed out some things that is going to save me money.. right then and there they coulda knocked me for some more $ but they told me what i could do instead of what i wanted.. cant wait till things get setup

I'm not pushing a lot of bw at this time.

But I've been with phatservers for awhile now and have to say they are always on top of things and extremely helpful.

I trust them, and will continue to do biz with them as my bw grows back to it's old numbers.

I've had boxes with them in the past and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people now. Moose knows his shit and their support is awesome.

I've been using Phatservers for three years now (or so) and have nothing but the highest recommendation for them. Top notch service, outstanding up-time, and affordable prices (I haven't shopped around for bargains lately, so I don't know what the going rates are). BUT I'm happy paying whatever I'm paying, because the quality of service they offer is far more than any other hosting company I've dealt with.

Honestly phatservers and sextracker are the best hosts I have ever used. I have used atleast 7-8 of the popular hosts...

Phatservers is great.
As someone else mentioned, ticket response
time is generally about 10 minutes.
Mike really knows his shit too.
I deal with different hosts everyday doing
scripts and sysadmin work.
I've done a lot of stuff for phatservers
customers, including moving several
guys and gals to phat from other hosts.

Big E, You know if I had problems with my servers going down @ Phatserver I would have moved years ago.. I wouldn't put up with that shit, even if Moose is a drinking buddy!!! They know how to treat a brotha!!!

They are building us a new bad ass raid setup as we speak. We already have 3 deds with them now. I have no complaints. They score a 9.9 out of 10 in my book.
