Which one is it? Did the right cause extra spending or did they create more spending?
I said the Clinton spent less than Bush. As far as Clinton's military spending is concerned, I assume you mean that if he had spent more, 9/11 wouldn't have happened? While the Pentagon USED to have control over intelligence spending, I need you to explain to me how more bombs and tanks and missiles would have prevented 9/11.

1) I said Clinton spent less money that Bush has.

2) Gore's Initiative to Streamline Government was about cutting waste, not spending. There's a difference
