Just to clear this up, yes we have staff and they work 9 to 5 like the rest of the world.
Someone does keep an eye on the emails outside office hours though.
But we are not a membership site.
Usually the FTP emails go missing due to the recipients spam filters or even his mailing service filtering out emails.
It's only clowns like 11clunks who have to be on call 24/7 to make a living.Comment
