Very simple to deal with as I have had the same problem quite a few times..

I have this page on line: www.indianpornlords.net/digitalact.html

Download the page and just follow the instructions. Ensure you send copies to: The webmaster, his host, cc processors and Kara's. Ensure you attach screen caps of the offending pages plus raw images of the illegally published material. Also make sure you have the Kara's affiliate id listed.

I've taken this step quite a lot and no money need be paid to lawyers. If Kara's take no action within 24 hrs as stipulated by a DMCA notice, you can then send a DMCA to their upstream provider who will ensure the material is removed

You allow a pirate to link to you and use stolan content to increase your bottom line?

Then pay the fines or go to court.

You have too many webmasters to check them all? Tell that one to the judge, it was Adult Checks excuse and it did not hold water.

Happens all the time, people steal content, design, host and put up pages on TGP sites and then don't sign up as an affiliate. Completely understandable.

dear morons, this asshole has been around a long time and is not stealing your content to make actual sales with sponsors cause as Rich c pointed out there is not affiliate with that code#.
The way it works is like this, guys steals your page and uploads content sometimes keeping the ref code in tact or just chaning to some misc code, then proceeds to submit page to 3 billion tgps.

once listed he redirects everything and sends it aff and whole bunch of other per click or impression sponsors.
also he steals Se ranking with this method.

he is known as the 008k redirector
