                      Realestate if cheap but very tricky.

                      If you are an american you can not buy land that is within 60 miles from the border or within 3o miles of water. But you can buy it through one of the banks via a trust, and then you and the bank own it.

                      Get an international realestate broker and attorney..

                      As for visiting, stick to the main cities. Like cancun etc. In cancun they now have a wet and wild water park..



                      Other than that it is just drinking.,
