I killed my thumb TGPs for the same reason. I had two that were up to 10k plus, but w/ only a couple sales a week I said f' it.

There are a lot of variables so this really can't even be answered entirely.

Site design - not a problem w/ yours, I think it looks great.

Niche? Your site has amateur in the title but I can name almost every girl on that page. If you're trading w/ similiar content sites though, this shouldn't matter too much.

Hosted Galleries - do not convert as well as those made yourself. The content is overused and the galleries have already been seen by everyone.

Your trade script - good free script but known for being hitbottable. You could have trades that appear to be sending you valid productive traffic, but aren't. Your 7 k a day might only be 5k

Your trades - haven't checked them, but the rule of thumb is thumb sites should only trade w/ thumb sites. If you have a lot of text based trades, you may be getting surfers that can't handle / won't wait for thumbs to load.

I see you have skimming of 40 / 50 percent - half your surfers are going elsewhere on each click - if you treat them as unwanted guests, they won't stick around.

You probably aren't being to readily found by SEs. Throw some alt tags on your images. Even simple ones like "blowjob movies", "lesbian pics", etc. can work wonders.

There is a "hump" to get over where sales are more consistent. I'm guessing its at 20k or so.

Forgot who it was, but I've heard good things about somebody here that "builds" tgps up. Might be worth your time to check it out.

You're getting 7K/day to the site, but how many actual galleries are being viewed? How many are clicking through to the sponsor? Those are the numbers you need to fine tune.

7000 hits a day to your own galleries/hosted galleries with a 1% CTR is only 70 hits a day to your sponsors. TGP traffic is notoriously shitty, so converting at something like 1:2000 only equals 1 sale per month. You're probably not doing as bad as you think!

Keep tweaking until you find what works. This means gallery designs, content, sponsors...the full monty. Good luck!

I hear Choker can be quite helpful when it comes to building up TGP's....
