Pimpshost Customers ... Please Read

As you may or may not know I used to do work for pimpshost ...

This ended last year when Jason refused to pay me ...

Tonight I was cleaning off old items on my desktop and I found the email program I used when I did pimpshost support. As with all email programs when I opened it up to clean it out lo and behold the emails started pouring in.

2 things you all need to do right away because Jason owes me money and will not accept phone calls from me.

1. place a ticket with Jason requesting my access be pulled from your server.

once thats done ...

2. place a ticket with Jason telling him to change all root access to your servers.

Being as 6 months of support tickets have downloaded on my computer your systems are not safe. I'm not implying that I would break into them or cause pimpshost or Jason any harm but I am implying I may not be the only tech he ever parted ways with and therefore your servers may be open to anybody who ever had access to them.

3. would be change hosting companies. Companies I can vouch for and not completely in any order are:

mojohost.com
techiemedia.net
phatservers.net
oxeo.com

Hope this saves some people from some harm that can come to them or their businesses.

First, let me say that that was a great service to the pimphost users as i'm sure they will want to take the actions you identified.

Secondly, have you been gainfully employeed since leaving that company?

I know a company that is expanding and might have room for a good tech.

Gainfully employeed ? I always stay employed I have a family to support

In hosting? No ... But I'm a bit of a spoiled tech so most won't hire me.

BTW Pimpshost is still unsecure folks ... nothing has changed since I made this post.

So lets update this here.

I posted this on the 10th ... exactly one week ago today. Sent an email to Jason at the same time linking to this thread and copied and pasted this into the email.

As of right now nothing has changed the servers all still have my access.

I still have not been paid.

Jason has not even tried to respond to any of this.

Yup I guess pimpshost is the best for security *evil laugh*

BTW Jason if you see this I am not going to do anything to your servers in fact if I did at this point it would be stupid as I have already let people know I have access. But you should do something soon involving locking me (and who knows how many other techs that no longer work for you) out of all your servers. Plus the $750.00 you owe me would be good too ... get with me about the new paypal addy as the old one no longer works.

Well, it's after 3pm est, and I assume cologroup customers (if there are any) are still vulnerable and you probably haven't gotten paid either?

They are still vulnerable.

I can't legally discuss whether or not I have been paid.
