Updating my music collection with some Frankie, what else do you reccomend?

Getting some Frank, Dean, Sammy, Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone & Louis Armstrong....

What else along this same genre would you suggest? Looking for more ol' Jazz type/Big Band/Swing music.

Crazy. I was just listening to Ooh Shoo Be Doo Be.

You need some Glenn Miller. If you like that stuff, check out "Jive Bunny".

                      Sammy Davis Jr.
                      Count Basie
                      Duke Ellington
                      Benny Goodman
                      Tommy Dorsey

If you want more upbeat jazz go for Maynard Ferguson

Cannonball Adderley - Saxophone lead jazz, not as much big band.

Art Blakey - Little more crack of the whip, but always really fun

Dave Brubeck (Time Out) - I know it is overplayed, but it actually a very solid album.
