    No I have nothing at EV1 just doing some consultation work and the person I'm consulting for wants to be informed.

      Because you can host directly with them.
      What's the point ? Their direct prices are dirty cheap already.

          Hmm mainly I guess I'm looking for things like:

          Uptime
          Reliability

          how many times has someone lost all their data because EV1's policy of wipe the hard drive rather than fixing the problem.

          How much mail gets blocked due to ev1 being in all the spam houses.

          Would you trust putting your sites on a hosting company that was an EV1 reseller?

                  yeah that is what im thinking unless you need someone to manage the server for you. That is the only reason i would go with a reseller.
