    How big should a paysite design be

    I'm having some issues with to large file size for my paysite designs. I'm getting up to 240k per page. Is that to big? Is their a standard I should follow. Seems like it takes forever and a day to load, which is bad. Any suggestions for the n00b.

      You have to optimize the images better. What program are you using?

                      240k is too big. Half that would be approaching max. In alot of instances much less even works. Of course sometimes you need the uber graphics tour for webmasters to be impressed enough to go into your program. But if you look at all the tours we have for Facial Abuse, http://www.facialabuse.com/tour4/ converts the best for 80% of our affiliates.

                      Simple tours can convert REALLY well. There is a tendency to try to impress with visuals more than with the content. Let the content speak for itself.

                          Does IE only load so many pictures at once? I have a layout with alot of pics, and its about 160k, but it loads slow as fuck?
