Good my house is worth 20X my Car. Atleast thats how it is for everyone who has a normal home with a regular car in the LA area.

Your opinions?
Hmm, thats retarded. IF your house is as big as you want and no mortgage then buy a fucking pimp ass car. I laugh my ass off everytime I go by a really nice house with $5,000 cars in the driveway. Then I usually think shalome.

I dont think that makes a difference. My dad lives in a mobile home in Arkansas. And I'd be willing to bet my dad has the only mobile home in Arkansas with a 3 room addition, a chandelier, and a grand piano. He's high class white trash!
nahh.. depends on the realestate in your area, sometimes it's just not that pricey for a house. Also are we talking CURRENT value taking into account appreciation/depreciation or purchase prices?
On current value my house is only ~8x my car, although i will admit as an old house bought mainly for the land and not the structure it does need to be renovated until it looks anywhere near as nice as the car. But i'd love to hear someone call me nigga rich when I actually own a fucking house which is more than can be said for a lot of people... not to mention i've made 100k+ on the property since i bought it almost two years ago.

Really would have to depend on so many factors it's silly to even guestimate - but I'll try anyway.
If your home is in good repair and you're not eating off wire spools or plastic milk cartons, and your car is worth 1/2 of what your home's realestate value is worth, who cares.
However, if you're living in a total shithole and you've spent more money on your vehicle you use to drive to the welfare office or the unemployment line then you're fucking retarded.
I simplified my life a few years back. I had been living the life in corporate America - built my house from the foundation up (22ft vaulted ceilings, etc), had me a tricked out 4WD F-150, all the amenities in my house you could imagine. All that came crashing down in the course of a 15minute "meeting". I learned a life lesson right then - it don't matter what you have from a tangible sense, the only thing that matters is what you have in your life as people.
Sure I intend to be a millionaire or larger fiscally, but I'm not going to let all that money ever affect me again. I won't be pimping photos of my "mansion" or Ferrari on the boards bragging about how sexy and cool and successful I am. All that bullshit is just icing on the cake. I'd rather have an abundance of people around me that I love and love me than to have all the riches in the world. And that's the fact, Jack.

thats just doesnt work here
around here the BEST house will only cost you about AU$400K and that would be liek 6 bedroom 4 bathroom swimming pool sauna jacuzi tennis court the works..
Bullshit, it depends on a million of things. Some people want a nice car and dont care much about the house. And others want a nice house and dont care about the car
