    Can any host set me up with Remote Desktop?

    I would like to access a pc from another country.Can anyone (host) set me up with that?I am willing to buy a small dedicated server as well.

                                  If the ISP/Govt logs your remote visits to an adult hosting company won't you still risk getting busted?
