true, plan to stay far from the bronx. last time i was in NY we went to a bar in yonkers decked out in red sox gear. alot of tension but no problems

last time i stayed 2 nites at the marriot in time square followed by 2 nites at the w in time square. i reccommend the w if you can handle 300/nite

what im worried about is finding a good time once the sun goes down. I don't stand in lines in boston, i don't want to stand in any in new york either....but its inevitable unless you have some pull. who has pull?

Nothing happens, i am a redsox fan too. Most of us NYers are tried of the yanks, so we have a lot of redsox fans.

what kinda of club (music/scene wise) are you looking to get into?

as far as the bosox/yankee stuff, you'll be safe even though I got into a pretty nasty bar fight during game 1 of the world series.
