        You got decent broadband connections there?I got a mate who lifes in moscow,nice city but he only got 56k which has serious instability problems (disconnects like every 5min).

            I dont know about some of those states but in Tennessee the get away with no income tax because their sales tax is OUTRAGEOUS.

                As I said before, I'm looking for a place with warm climate and where I can get by with English (not tourist style, like a resident)

                Malta and bahamas looks good, but I need some more alternatives to look into.
                Anyone here that lives in Panama or the Caribbean?

                        Philippines
                        Brazil
                        Colombia

                        all have warm climate, low taxes, good english
                        and hottest girls on this planet
