WEBMASTERS: What Do You Want In An Affilaite Program?

If you were to create the perfect affiliate program, what you include (from ad material, payouts, stats, etc). Looking for any ideas you can throw my way.

From things that are out there now...to anything new you can come up with.

Conted loaded sites,better less than hundrets of cheap 800x600 sites where you aren't sure if they even got any content in the member area. You must be able to see on the first page that the member area is content loaded and often updated.Also no shave,don't even try that.If I think the clicks to your page from your hosted galleries don't match in ratios to my outgoing stats I would drop you,so take care of good stats,preferable counting hits to your hosted galleries.

ok, I have a idea,

for every ~5 sales or something a webmasters makes he get access to ~15 unique pictures he can use in galleries, freesites and stuff.
This way the "good" webmasters got alot more chance to get listed on TGPs. And all those fuckers who signup as a webmaster just to get the content will not get access to everything.
Also all the webmasters who gives away everything for free will get much less content because they dont make any sales.

A PHP frontend to your hosted gallery database that makes some fucking sense...

Say I want to import 200 hosted galleries from you into my Auto Gallery Sql. I should be able to tell your database that I want,

Gallery_URL|Description|Nickname|Category|Number_T humbs

Your PHP form should have drop downs for what to get out of the database, a text area for what to get from me (nickname), and a text area for what character to use when seperating each column.

The descriptions should NOT be:

Blonde Fucked

And should be:

Teen amateur Debbie gets ass fucked by two older men.

Or I should have a choice between a short description and a long one.

Then you would have ALL of your hosted galleries in ALL of our TGP's because you made it so fucking simple for 400 TGP's to load them. The current way is fucking stupid and doesn't work for shit.

I just want a few things:
1)all my clicks and sales to be counted and paid on time.
2)Access to a quality human via icq that can help me with problems and give me the resources I need to sell your shit
3)High quality niche focused sites that are updated weekly with those updates promoted prominently to the members so they will be hooked and want to stick around for the next update.
Bonus:
4)If you can give me detailed stats per CLICK not just per SALE (especially referring URL details) that would be very helpful and actually pretty rare.
