ya i'm just playing around, i do the vodka + diet 7 cos of the sugar. and lots of water like you mentioned in your other post.

do your own research. i actually talked to nutritionists on how to drink "professionally" . i am in a business where liquor is around me alot and if you are going to drink you had better learn to do it the right way or your drinking days are short lived.
