    Which program cuts full mpegs to clips easy way?

    Best program for cutting full mpeg vids to clips?
    Is there any programs that does it automaticly? For example cut full movie in to 2 min clips?

    Best program for converting WMV to MPEG ?
    -I guess Premier does that quite well...?

                                      Only bitch is you cant make exact file sizes or timed cuts.
