The thing is that this project is quite new so i really need to get this from the ground with out spending to much money on it. So i think i begin with a % and go later to a flat plus % or the sales.

what you guys think.
Why would anyone want to work for that?
I feel a little silly helping a competitor here, but oh well... if you want to make it as a new company you need to build credibility with webmasters. You're not going to build that credibility by hiring some "sales guy" that more than likely knows absolutely nothing about hosting. Do the sales yourself until you're too busy to handle it.

Honestly, you're not going to find an experienced person who will agree to % and THEN salary + %. You'll need to do just %, just salary, salary + %, or initial salary/draw that adjusts over time to all % or smaller salary + % until your person has sufficient sales that they can keep building upon unrestricted.
