    This guy is a good example, a member of my fitness journal site - so I dedicated a short article to him.

                                                  I know a few. Last weekend I got two of them to help me move a huge antique dresser.

                                                  I was at the bar and I'm telling people about this thing and how I was going to hire a professional movers to handle it, and one of these "alpha males" is like "pfffft." So I'm like, "Unless a couple of you are strong enough to lift that thing, but I seriously doubt it."

                                                  And it was pretty much all downhill from there for them. They pretty much had to do it.
