Has anyone here had any bad experiences with them? I'm thinking about checking them out. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks

Hey, thanks for the responses I am however curious as to what type of support problems you encountered Oracle. Care to enlighten me?

I can recommend them. I never had any support problems. They don't make any difference between supporting a small virtual account or a dedicated box. Every email was answered during 20 minutes (support team)Comment

i have used them before, no problems.Comment

I haven't had any problems with them yet. I had one time the email response was a little slow. It took about 3 hours but the rest of the time within a hour or less.SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.Comment

So far, they sound great! The support issue is troubling, but I think I'll take a shot. Thanks again for all of the responses

Do a search, their support sucks. It has been posted about this bad support several times in the past few months.

support isn't as good as claimed to be, they are good ppl but not the best hosting around. If your needs are fairly big (dedicated box at at least 300gb a month) go isprime, oxeo is just a CoLo there.Media Buyer - Sell me your traffic!
