      There are some ATMs that can spit out american bills.. not sure where to look this up though.,

                                          Royal Bank screwed me when I tried paying a US$ Visa from my US$ bank account. They tried converting to canadian then back to us and making a nice 2-3% in exchanges. Seems internet banking isn't setup for this but phone banking is.

                                          Go figure.

                                              CIBC has some machines that do US$. Check their website for the machine closest to you that does.
