if you are local , you would pay little bit less, even to agent.
we had guy who arranged girls for us for 20usd commision for each girl.
And the girls were paid about 130 usd/solo, about 250 for girl/boy action(30usd commision for agent). Of course, these were pure amateurs, but thats very good for some kind of sites.

i'm sure locals pay less than outsiders. maybe there is an upper tier of girls who cost more - like Lucy Lee. When Joe went to the Czech Republic I was curious to see if he shot Lucy, he shot some nice girls but I don't think he got some of the stunning ones I've seen around.

Redlight District shoots a huge number of movies there, probably more than any of the locals. I asked the owner of Redlight how much they paid girls - he said about $500-700 a scene including anal. This was a year ago or so.

We've talked the better agents, thanks for the tips by the way. Problem with the hot girls the agents have is that everyone from everywhere has already shot them for everything...too many every's for me. Prefer to recruit new talent and shoot them first, like we do in our Florida studio.

We've been getting 8-10 new girls a week for years in Florida and will do the same here. Yep, some of them will be average, some hotter than hell, just like our other studio...it's all a numbers game.
