    Design + Traffic Needed For Money

    I have exbyte.net's .psd file, I need a revamp on the design.

    Requirements:

    1. faster loading.
    2. Simpler looking but keeping the edge to it.
    3. Removal and fixing of the minor bugs which you can see here and there.

    Second, I want to buy traffic for the website. Once again I will be paying for this too.

          as for design, that i cant speak about.
