I've had help from very few people around here. Those that have - I am grateful for.
One of the things I don't like about running a TGP is all the communiaction you have to do with making trades and such. Just doesn't seem to be worth it. I am not into trying to negotiate with people. Just isn't my style. That's why I love selling porn - I get all these checks - and never have talked to any customers. Hell my sponsors hardly ever talk to me.
I don't mind helping people, but I have given out too much free information before - and very rarely does the person give anything back. I'l say - well you migght want to try this - this and this, oh by the way - how is xyz working out for you. At least half the time - I don't get a response.
Some people will never do well. They just don't get it. I wouldn't worry about it. Just go on doing what you are doing. You can't really expect a board that is called go fuckyourself to be chock full of goodnatured, kind, non abrasive people.
I think some of it is just attitude - as I have had conversations by email that were much more civil than what I have heard the same people on here say.
