Okay okay.. this is awesome feedback. I intend to include unlimited domains and subdomains at no charge whatsoever. I intend to include a web control panel so you can set up your own domains/subdomains/email addresses.
My thought on IP's is that I will provide them given reasonable ARIN justification, but I feel most people will not need them. SSH2.. this is questionable ground for me. I was thinking of doing this a long while back. I'm curious how many would actually benefit from it, and how many would abuse it.
Keep it coming. Any more ideas at per gig $$ figures? Remember, there's no charge for domains/subdomains/emails.. anything.. just for the gigs with a minimum monthly spend of $20. It's practically like having your own server.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
