there are some things you can't translate word by word - "oral sex" is still "oral sex" - it is just pronounced a bit differently.

asian = asiatisch (as a description), "asiat" is a male asian, "asiatin" a female

teen is still teen, or teenie

pornstar = Porno Star (single) or Porno Stars (more than one)

babes = babes (babys would mean small children!)

mature = erwachsen

cum shot = abspritzen

I think you need the translation for a menu, but just keep in mind you never would announce to people like this: Girls which give Oral Sex to Guys......
You probably will hahahahaha something like a blow job or french job. So the german translation for this would be "einen blasen" or "es französisch machen"

asian = Asian (adj. asiatisch)
amateur = Amateur / plural: Amateures
anal = Anal
babes = I would translate it with Traumfrauen which will be closer to Beauties

cum shot = Cum Shot / Abspritzer (adj. abspritzen)
exhibitionist = Exhibitionist
fetish = Fetish
gay = Schwul /Gay
hardcore = Hardcore
interracial = There is no real word for this in German, so use Interracial
lesbians = Lesben (adj. lesbisch)
legs and feet = Beine und Fuesse
mature = Reif (mature women = Reife Frauen)
movies = Filme, Videos
transvestite = Transvestit
teen = Teen
uniform = Uniform (Uniform is mostly used for military, police, firemen etc. A doctor does not wear a uniform!!!)
