That dress is perfectly normal for today's formal attire. Most normal regular people would find it to be on the conservative side by today's standards I'm sure. Had I seen the dress in a store win<i></i>dow I would have said it was quite a nice dress and nothing more. It's not slit up the thighs, it's not cut to the belly button, it isn't see-through or sheer in the least. Yah, it's not THAT uncommon to develop that early. I've known a few girls that had to have breast reduction surgeries before their 15th birthday because they had serious back pain.Comment
