first off Very cool thread, great pics as well.
2nd, I've used WD for many years and never had a prob with them,personaly I prefer Maxtor or Seagate, but I seem to have probs with Seagate drives when they get filled to the brim lol, (I do that alot) in fact not a month ago I lost my 80gig SG backup drive, no warning, no noises zip zero nadda. just booted up and it was gone, took it out, chip was fried
took drive to data recovery pretty much useless. So now i'm sticking with Maxtor.
But hell I also swore by windows 98 when I had my cyber cafe open a few years back lol.
