If he is showing your pictures without your permission you should contact ccbill they can force him to remove the unlicensed content, also, if that is your domain in the program why dont you move it?
Did you have any contracts with him? If not, then that is your mistake, you should always keep your business at a forefront.
My point is you are looking for restitution or payment. Police wont do shit, this is a civil matter, plus you are canadian which will add another wrinkle to it.
For the amounts your listing its not even worth going after him in court.
It is odd he is so silent about it, but I am sure his side will come out.
So I would start with ccbill and jupiter. If he has content that is not his, his host would also have to remove the domain if it is showing unlicensed content.

The domain i own and have full control and he has no licence for my content. I am going to be contacting ccbill in this matter as well that is a forsure thing.. i have exausted every way of communication and this is not a 3-4 day thing where i have tried to contact him, this is over a period of almost a month and a bit of him dissapearing, each time resurfacing with storys of what happend..
As for court, you are right its not financially sound for what it would cost to go after him, but in turn i will make sure he gets no biz from anyone i know..
I have already changed the nameservers on my domain and waiting for it to propigate..
We met him in vegas and your right he did seem like a good guy. but after this period of people contacting us and us putting the pieces together we have found out most of his talk is smoke and mirror's..Comment

You may want to ask someone more familiar with legal issues, but if Jupiter is hosting a site, and someone has unlicensed or illegal content, and you notfiy them, I believe they have to investigate it and remove the offending site.
I dont believe that is a grey issue.
Now..if you are trying to go about with your whole spiel of how he ripped you off, and your brother, and cousin and uncle, etc.. then you are trying to get them to take sides. Which they shouldnt do.
But a content violation is a clear demand and within your legal rights.
Im sure there are a few copyright people here that know more than I do.
Just be sure when you contact them and are clear on the issues that they can help you with, not your whole problem. You can not ask them to sides, but your content, is your content. Be sure to make that your issue with these companies.

I hope this is a huge misunderstanding....however I see no reason why someone owed money wouldn't be paid. I have met madcap (Adam) in Vegas and thought he was a good guy. I know the issues he has been dealing with from phone and icq convos with him but is no excuse for not paying money owed to someone.
Madcap if you read this... please respond...... I know the troubles you have gone through with your dad, etc......

I've heard Jenn's side of the story, no question she's getting fucked over. And Adam truly owes her money and an apology AND compensation.
That being said, if we EVER hear Madcap's side of the story, I'll be VERY surprised if this whole thing wasn't attributed to him getting in over his head and overextended.
Not an excuse for the guy, just what I suspect has happened. He's definitely in the wrong here, but I have a VERY hard time believing he hooked up with Jenn and AJ because he felt they were easy marks.
I could be wrong, but that would be a first

as for getting my site backup billing is a bit harder when you are a canadian.. if i had ccbill of my own it would have been done before i even joined with madcap...
i have been seeking other means of processing from joining other networks to possibly arranging an agreement for billing... right now myself and aj are working very hard to get this resolved in the quickest manner..
i do belive in karma and if i can take 1 penny out of his pocket by having someone not send him $ on false claims then im happy..Comment
