ok, so im on a Mac at my friends house, but nobody knows how to use a mac...

how the FUCK do i PRINT a PDF document thats opened in Acrobat reader? i dont see a big ass PRINT button, not can i find a File tab...

this is urgent can someone pls tell me what keys and stuff to make this thing print? thx
