generally speaking, it is a golf ball sized growth near the end of his colon. he dropped to his knees the other night and started puking while experiencing some pretty nasty pains/spasms in his abdomen. his body was trying to push it through and it was turning his colon inside out. you can see all the red from the hemorraging.
