How do you know it has not been mailed or abused?
Not to comapanies that do a million joins in a year do not mail the members

Id say 3 cent per email if legit not stolen
and .01 cent per email if stolen

Juicy, i found out that all these spammers are so used to getting screwed that you wont get shit for it.

I tried to sell a ccbill list for a buddy once. His own members, non abused. People said it was crap, didnt want to pay 50 bucks for it, etc. I totally got bashed.

So now the guy is mailing it himself, a few times a week and its making about 100 bucks a mailing. So thats 1k+ a month for a list that people offered 50 bucks for.
