I had 2 fuckups. When cell phones first came out and they were like mini briefcases, my gf ran up a 2 grand bill.

Then another plan, i rode across the u.s. and the fuckers charged me roaming fees for every part of the trip off the cell phones regular coverage. So i didnt even use the fucker and got a bill for a few hundred..

Both times they cut the bill by drastic amounts after i complained. The first one i was totally suprised thy cut me any slack as it was just my mistake for giving my cell phone to my girl.
