3d Image creation for use on a website?

Ok, here is what is needed.

Technically:

1. It's a 3-D graphic of spheres at points on an x,y,z axis - as if in an invisible box.

2. Need to be able to use on a site.

3. Users would be able to click on it to see it from different angles...if this is difficult, it's acceptable to just have multiple images of it from the different angles.

Visually:

Picture the Big Dipper. Each star is represented by spheres of sizes in true scale to each other - and in their correct positions. The initial view is as we see it from earth (0,0,0 on the axis) & what this looks like from different angles.

Is this possible? And if so how?
