I know the internet is a little different but WTF, for one to make such a fuss without even contacting the site owner. Who knows, since the site was never mentioned that might meet the needs of some surfers and not a professional in this business?

In my opinion, your analogy is dead on. Have you ever been to Wal-Mart or Target after Christmas? Imagine how pissed off the banks would be if those customers started calling them instead of the store about bad products.
