to be honest i didnt exactly understood what he said (english is not my 1st lang), if he did say that most probably he didnt mean it. In verbal fights people make use of characteristics of the opponent without paying any attention on them. Not trying to bring up an excuse, just stating the possibility.

I dont like people that discriminate over race, skin color, religion and rest characteristics in order to degrade others. I consider them small minded and simply I stay away from them. No doubt I've crossed this line too, but with no real intention.

I listened to the clip and I heard Headless call the fake Sobe a 'fucking jew' but I don't see how that is a racist statement. Everyone calls jewish people jews and it's not a derogatory word so calling Sobe a 'fucking jew' is no different than calling someone a 'fucking Italian'.
