yep, but that is old news and has been already discussed.
you are american? don't buy those sets.
it affects about 20% of old sets we have - girls with maybe just one ID instead of two. but I can still sell the stuff to all other countries outside the US - to all European countries for example. There is a world outside the US, and there are different laws than just yours.
And I'm fair by telling that before you buy - instead of selling you something you cannot use.
And not to mention that all new stuff (who wants old pics anyways) is compliant.
