How are your sales this week?

I'm trying to figure out why my sales suck right now.

It's been 3 months since going a day without a single sale or rebill .. and then the last 2 days .. nothing. Just dead. Two days in a row with zilch.

Traffic hasn't gone down much at all .. but my click through ratios have taken a serious hit .. and I haven't changed anything.

So I'm starting to wonder .. could it be the beheading of Nick Berg and the prisoner abuse scandal that has just killed people's spirits and now Americans, Canadians and various Europeans not interested in paying for porn ?

Since this all broke out .. how have your sales been?

My sales for the beginning of this month were great then it turned to crap this week, i dunno why..

If you have slow days like that.. you probably have your eggs in too few baskets.

Its very rare for me to notice much of a dip at all in money earned per day, and I haven't had a no sale day in about 3 or 4 years.

Do some partnerships, do some per signup, skim your foreign traffic to a dialer with geotargetting scripts, etc..

I've been kicking ass since January but i've noticed a decline the last couple of weeks. I think it's summer slowdown starting since the weather has been nice. My advice is to work twice as hard through the summer to keep your revenues up and you'll be very happy in September when things pick back up!

but last week i made an insane amount of money. like twice i usually do, so i guess it works out?

There's sponsors I haven't made a sale with in the past week, and they were my 2nd best sponsor about a month ago..

On the other hand, I started pushing a new sponsor 2 weeks ago and cannot be happier with the ratios and money earned so far - we'll see how long it lasts.

358 so far across 7 sponsors. It's at a normal rate, about 30 average daily... It has dropped like 5%, but so has my traffic, and thats because of spring/summer slow-down.

People go out more at this time of year.

Actually, I had one of my record days yesterday, and had just "ok day" a day before. So it varies, but ends up with some nice cheques at the end of pay periods

I keep seeing these threads all over the boards. A lot of people's sites are getting jacked by spyware and marketing software.

If I was you I'd download all that crap and go to your sites and see what happens.

Traffic isn't a problem though ... it's just sales and CTR.

Actually .. I'm not noticing a huge decreasing in CCBill clicks .. but no sales in the last 2-3 days. Which is insanely unusual for me. I usually average 4-5 sales a day with my one CCBill account.. which has a ton of sponsors merged (so it can't be a single sponsor shaving). So I think it's correct in assuming that they're scrubbing like mad right now.

CCBill does scrub 'em for sure. Do better with others, with exceptions on specific sponsors, who have crap conversions for me all the time. Have left their galleries up on my sites anyway. As for posting at other TGPs, ya can't really pull them for a very long time.
