This case will take many years - years to win/lose and years to collect the money (in the case that she wins). She may never see the money yet it will cost her a fortune.
Not because I'm picking sides - but she should stick to living her life to the fullest while she can. She's only going to put herself in a worse situation and lose any sympathy or financial help she could have received from the industry. actually i've shot porn content, and ALWAYS had the actors use condoms.
HIV testing is not always accurate: example: I get tested, comes back negative on monday... my shoot is on friday... between monday and friday i sleep with 4 people...
thats why its imperative to always use condoms.
