For what it's worth, I'm using IE and all I get is a "frame" that covers the approx. 1/3 top of the first page and NOTHING visible through it is clickable. And, since it's showing as an empty frame, I can't close it. So, it's just a PITA for me. Guess someone needed to share their "artsy/craftsy" side.
