I am a huge Andy Kaufman fan and own "I'm From Hollywood" which hahahahahahahahas the whole feud as well as the "Best of Andy Kaufman" compilation.

I'm a hardcore Kaufman fan and the movie really cemeneted it, although it should have been a 3 hour movie and showed more of the intricacies and trouble he went through just to prank everyone. He and his wife would workout these elaborate bits just to get a laugh that only they got.

While I think it would be totally great that Andy came out of hiding I feel this is probably more of a money making scheme hatched by Bob.

I would love it if it were true.

There were 3 famous people who died that truly bothered me.

#1 John Belushi

#2 Peter Sellers

#3 Andy Kaufman.

Chris Farley and John Goodman were pretty bad too...but growing up I was a big Belushi, Sellers and Kaufman fan.

I remember the one time he came onto Fridays and talked about becoming Christian only to find out it was all a joke in the end...that totally pissed my dad off...LOL

Kaufman was a fucking genius.

think of it this way...as he's laying there dying, he thinks "people always think I'm joking anyways, I'll tell them I'm coming back in 20 years if this is a prank. In 20 years they'll throw parties and have a big hullaballo about me." A joke that takes 20 years to germinate either way...

also, the money raised from this is going to Comic Relief, which I've done some volunetter work with...

I've loved Andy Kaufman since I was a kid. My parents used to watch him wrestling women. It was hilareous. It's a shame people took him so seriously, but maybe Andy really liked that.
