Interesting how one in the U.S. (or most anywhere else for that matter) has to ask - is it ok to talk/show such and such ... freedom of speech and expression is a fiction - it's never existed in the U.S., which is where you're at, according to your GFY user profile.
Point is that what content is acceptable or not depends on numerous factors, of which the law is only one; politics, timing, luck, etc all play into it too.
Any new/extreme niche comes with risk ... if you're willing to assume some risk, get/shoot the content and go for it asap before zillions of others, as others here have pointed out, get into the niche too.
