    Is $50 for a banner design contest too little?

    I don't have a big budget and I would like to get a 468x60 banner to my site (gif animated or static), but I'm affraid to pay a designer and end up with one that I don't like.

    So I was thinking of starting a contest here at GFY, and give all of the great designers out there a change to create a banner for me! ;)

    Is $50 for this contest too little or will some of you guys (designers) enter this contest?
    I'm just a newbie.

                      I think people will laugh at your cash prize because people here typically tend to be self richeous assholes. you should see if you can find a designer for hire for $50 bucks...

                                                      Lol... The contest will start saturday.... It will go on for 10 days and I'll bump the thread twice for the first couple of days, and once a day for the rest of the days so everyone will have plenty of time...
