    Cutting WMV files without quality loss

    What's the best program to split WMV files?

    A program that just splits the WMV without any re-encoding or transition into another format?

                      WMV is already a compressed piece of shit quality. in fact when you think of the compression itself of WMV it makes sense why it looks like shit.

                      there IS no quality in WMV.

                                              wmv (mpeg 4 -ish) can't even be compared to mpeg1. Anyone who encodes video knows should have noticed.

                                              Ever seen mpeg1 at 100 kb/s (trust me, you don't want to)
